Lee, Dicketts & Co was established by Robert Dicketts and Geoffrey Lee in the 1970's, the practice being merged with that of Roger Lugg & Co in 2000, the latter with well-established offices in Caterham and Lingfield.

There are now four partners at Sevenoaks, three of whom are resident, and three resident partners in Caterham. Lingfield is a smaller office run by a senior manager, who is in close contact with the Caterham partners.

The firms' partners are members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, or of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and two are members of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. At present we have six other qualified members of staff together with two who are ex- Inspectors of Taxes.

Our main function, as Chartered Accountants, is the provision of all accounting, tax and related business management advice to all types of businesses. We specialise in small owner managed businesses who in particular need advice in today’s complex regulatory environment.

We are Registered Auditors so we can express a statutory audit opinion on limited company accounts. We can of course complete “Independent Reviews” when these are required for Charities and Pension Funds.
